PewDiePie or “Felix Arvid Ulf Kjellberg” was born on October 24th, 1989, and is a well-known internet comedian from Gothenburg, Sweden.
Felix was best known for his “Let's Play commentaries” of video games on the website YouTube, having begun making his videos on April 29, 2010. However, as time went on, he strayed from the gaming scene that he once made famous, and vice versa, by rebranding and basing his channel off of memes. With some of his more well-known series'; Meme Review, LWIAY, and Pew News. (2021 update: Gaming has found its way back to his channel with games like Minecraft, Terraria, Among Us, etc...)
Pewdiepie, as of 2013, has held the title of the number one most subscribed on YouTube, having taken the title from former YouTube duo Smosh with little to no competition until 2018. This was following the introduction of the YouTube channel/Corporation T-Series to the subscriber race to number one. A meme he has shut down following toxicity on many sides.
